In 2004 IE Partners staff were involved in a project preparation consultancy team that analysed curriculum requirements and reforms, ICT (Information Communications Technology) policy options, language of instruction policy options, educational financing, and educational management including a detailed analysis of the implications of the proposed reforms for rural schools.
